Jonas Armstrong quits 'Robin Hood'

London, Aug 7 : Jonas Armstrong has decided to opt out of hit British TV show 'Robin Hood'.

Jonas, who has played the lead for three years, has decided to leave the show in order to hunt for new roles.

"It has been one of the most incredible experiences of my life," the Sun quoted Jonas, as saying.

"But the time has come to take on new challenges and look at new opportunities," he added.

However show bosses have revealed that his exit will be 'unmissable'.

"We'll miss him," the show chief Foz Allan said.
