ETA star launches "ETA Star Rosedale"

Chennai, Aug 7 (UNI) ETA Star Property Developers Limited, an offshoot of the Dubai based ETA Star conglomerate, today announced the launch of "ETA Star Rosedale" on the IT corridor.

Addressing a press conference here, Mr P H M Syed Ismail, Managing Director of ETA Star Property Developers said the company would come out with 444-unit apartment, comprising one to three bed room flats.

"The flats ranging from Rs 30 to Rs 60 lakhs, will cater to the multivarious interests of the customers and for the first time, the convenience of single-bedroom units is being offered on Old Mahabalipuram Road (OMR)", he said.

Rosedale would include single bedroom (784 to 905 sq ft), double bedroom (1,190 to 1,278 sq ft) and tripple bedroom (1,545 to 1,753 sq ft) units, he said.

The project would be launched on September 1 and would be completed in two years, he said adding, the company would invest Rs 230 crores for the project.

He said the project was being launched, targeting Non Resident Indians (NRIs), IT Professionals and Upper middle class people.

All conveniences required for a modern urban living would be provided within the complex itself, he said.
