Court asks tenant to vacate Mallika's property
New Delhi, Aug 7 (UNI) A city court has ordered a tenant to vacate the property owned by actress Mallika Sherawat.
The actress had filed a suit for recovery of the premises and rent before the court.
Anuj Kumar Aggrawal, the proprietor of 'Carrier Plus', has been a tenant on the premises, measuring 566 square feet, situated at Ansal building in Mukherjee Nagar of north Delhi since 1998.
Civil Judge Sonali Gupta yesterday directed Aggrawal to vacate the premises.
Mallika had filed the case through her brother Vikram Lamba.
