Babush given education, archives, museums portfolio

Panaji, Aug 7 (UNI) Atanasio (Babush) Monserrate, who was inducted into the Digambar Kamat government on August 5, was today assigned the portfolios of education, technical education, archives and museums.

These portfolios have hitherto been held by the chief minister.

He has additionally taken charge of Law, IT and Finance portfolios, which were with Dayanand Narvekar, who resigned from the ministry at the insistence of the Congress Highcommand to pave the way for Babush.
