Toyota to launch hybrid car in India

New Delhi, August 6, 2008 : The car lovers who were earlier disappointed by the soaring fuel prices now have a reason to smile.

The Global auto major Toyota Motor Corporation is planning to introduce it hybrid sedan Prius in India. Positioned between Toyota"s Corolla and Camry in the luxury segment, Prius is classified as a super ultra low emission vehicle. This eco-friendly car can be propelled by either petrol or electric power.
