Mumbai, Aug 6 (ANI/Business Wire India): Mauritius-based Frontline Strategy Ltd, a Fabiani Family Office-anchored asset management company with prime focus on private equity investments, today announced an investment of USD seven million in Krishna Saa Fabs Private Limited.

Krishna Saa Fabs fabricates structural engineering products used in the high growth infrastructure support sectors of telecom, national highways, airports, and ship-building.

The company's products include telecom and power utility towers; galvanized products for earth reinforcement, which are used in national highways and airport runways; and galvanized products used in ship-building.

An early mover in its business space, Krishna Saa Fabs has won several orders from large EPC contractors for core infrastructure projects, examples being galvanized steel products for National Highways Authority of India projects and earth reinforcement steel for the recently-inaugurated Bangalore International Airport.

Krishna Saa Fabs is a unique company with a diversified customer base across multiple core infrastructure sectors, said Atim Kabra, Managing Partner, Frontline Strategy.

"Being an early mover, and having demonstrated the ability to supply large volumes of high quality products, Krishna Saa Fabs will be a key beneficiary of the fast-growing demand for finished steel products in the infrastructure sector. Our investment in Krishna Saa Fabs conforms to Frontline Strategy's focus on companies that are driven by dynamic entrepreneurs and offer significant scale-up opportunities," Kabra said.

Right from the beginning, even before they decided to invest, Frontline Strategy's team has been pro-active and supportive on matters relating to emerging opportunities and growth strategy," said N Doraswamy, Managing Director, Krishna Saa Fabs.
