Former minister gets bail in murder case
Patna, Aug 6 (UNI) Patna High Court today granted bail to former Bihar minister Aditya Singh and his son Suman Singh in connection with a murder case.
A division bench, comprising Justice Shiv Kirti Singh and Justice Madhvendra Sharan, granted the bail to the duo after hearing arguments of defence and prosecution.
Aditya Singh and his son had been lodged in jail in connection with the killing of one Mohan Singh in February 2001.
