BJP protesters to court arrest over Amarnath issue
Ambala, Aug 6 (UNI) Thousands of BJP workers would ''court arrest'' in Chandigarh on August 12 to protest against Central government's ''discriminatory policy on the issue of allotment of land to Amarnath Shrine in Kashmir.
Senior BJP leader Ratan Lal Kataria told mediapersons here that the BJP activists would assemble in front of Haryana Governor's residence to press for the demand that President should dismiss Jammu and Kashmir Governor N N Vohra for ''anti-Hindu policies in connivance with the PDP and National Conference''.
Mr Kataria also condemned the ''gagging of of media'' which was ''exposing the Governor for aligning with forces encouraging the militants''.
