5 nursing schools will be set up: CM
Hyderabad, Aug 6 (UNI) Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy today announced that five nursing schools would be set up at Sanathnagar, Nacharam, Ramachandrapuram, Tirupati and Visakhapatnam.
Addressing a meeting of Insurance Medical Services Department (ESI hospitals and dispensaries) here, he asked the ESI Corporation to take steps in this regard as there was a great demand for nurses in the hospital services.
Dr Reddy also approved the proposal of the ESI Corporation to upgrade the Sanathnagar ESI Hospital from the present 310 to 500 bed, Ramachandraputam ESI hospital from 68 to 100 bed, Tirupati hospital from 50 to 100 bed, according to a press release.

decision
to
extend
treatment
of
ESI
members
in
the
Corporate
Hospital
without
any
ceiling
on
the
charges,
he
said,

is
a
good
decision.
