Man from Bihar held for smuggling weapons
Lucknow, Aug 5 (UNI) A smuggler belonging to Bihar was arrested and a haul of illicit weapons seized from the spot in Kotwali area of Bahraich district today.
The seizure comprised 15 pistols, one revolver and a number of cartridges.
Police said the accused, identified as Jai Prakash, used to smuggle these illicit arms in Uttar Pradesh after bringing them from Bihar.
