AIRBEA to observe nationwide strike on Aug 20
Kolkata, Aug 5(UNI) Members of the All India Reserve Bank Employees Association will observe a nationwide strike on August 20 in protest against outsosurcing of bank's jobs and demanding recruitment in the vacant class 111 posts.
AIRBEA General Secretary Samir Ghosh told reporters today that about 10,000 employees of the bank would take part in the strike.
He alleged that the strength of class III staff of RBI was one-fourth of what it was in the early nineties.
