Naina Devi tragedy: Haryana cancels Teej celebrations
Chandigarh, Aug 4 (UNI) The Haryana Government today cancelled Teej celebrations owing to the tragic stampede at Naina Devi shrine in Himachal Pradesh yesterday resulting in the death of more than 135 pilgrims, including 32 hailing from the state, an official release today stated.
A state-level function to celebrate ''Teej'' was scheduled at Haryana Raj Bhawan here.
