Film on Partition, Pakistan released

New Delhi, Aug 4 (UNI) Delhi-based cartoonist and founder of World Comics India Sharad Sharma released a film "Chitti Hatia", based on the partition and Pakistan, here today.

" Chitti Hatia" is the story of Bitto Sondhi, an international biker from Delhi, who explores the streets of Rawalpindi to fulfil his father's dream of revisiting his birthplace.

The film is chronicles the partition of the country and a family's migration from Pakistan.

Sharad Sharma, Bitto's friend and director of the film said the "film would help break the stereotypical image of Pakistan".

" The film will be screened in other parts of India and in Pakistan between August 10-15," added Sharma, whose World Comics India promotes comics as a communication tool and a mode of self expression.
