Abba creates history topping UK charts with '92 album
London, Aug 4 : The Swedish pop group Abba has created history by returning to the number one spot at the UK album charts with their 1992 album 'Gold - Greatest Hits'.
The enduringly popular hits collection, which has topped the UK albums chart on four previous occasions, returns to the top for the first time since 1999 this week, forcing Coldplay's 'Viva La Vida' into second position and Duffy's 'Rockferry' into third. eanwhile, Kid Rock scores his first ever UK top ten album, debuting at four with 'Rock N Roll Jesus', reports the Telegraph.
Rounding off the top five was Basshunter's 'Now You're Gone'.
The top ten at the UK album charts are:
