Legislative Committee inspects sites for 'Suvarna Soudha'

Belgaum, Aug 2 (UNI) A High Power Committee of the Karnataka Legislative Committee, headed by Assembly Speaker Jagadish Shettar today inspected sites in the city for construction of 'Suvarna Soudha'.

Legislative Council officiating Chairman N Tippanna was present.

The District in-charge Minister Basavaraj Bommai and Minister Lakshman Savadi, also accompanied the Committee.

Mr Shettar said the Committee would meet soon to decide about the site for construction of Suvarna Soudha.

The Government would conduct a 15-day session every year in Maharashtra-Karnataka border District at Belgaum, he added.
