Father murders his two sons in Bengal

Murshidabad, Aug 2 (UNI) A man today killed his two sons at Teenpukuria Gram under Shamserganj Police Station in the district and fled.

Police said Fahrookh Sheikh, murdered his two sons -- Haroon (9) and Mashood (12)-- with a dagger, threw their bodies in the river Ganga and fled.

SP (Murshidabad) Basab Das Gupta said there were several criminal cases lodged against Farhookh. A manhunt had been launched to trace him, while personnel had been deployed to recover the bodies from the river, Mr Das Gupta informed.
