7-year-old girl killed in accident

Dharmshala, Aug 2 (UNI) A seven-year-old girl was killed when a car hit her at Takipur village in Kangra district on Hoshiarpur National Highway today.

According to police sources, the accident occured when the girl, a resident of Nakodar in Punjab, alongwith her family was on the way to pilgrimage for Brijashewari Temple.

The body of the girl has been handed over to her parents.
