Kozhikode, Aug 1: The city police on Friday, August 1 said it received yet another message threatening that a bomb would explode in the district this month.
Police Commissioner Anup Kuruvila John said the SMS-threat, without specifying any particular place, was received in the police control room. The message also directed authorities to contact one 'Kish' in Perambra in the district for more details, he said adding efforts were on to trace the person.
Many calls threatening that bombs were placed at two places in Nadapuram and another in a higher secondary school premises in Mathra were received in the recent past. However, after detailed screening all these were proved hoax.
