Suzlon Energy Q1 net down 1.52 pc at Rs 88.04 cr

New Delhi, Jul 31: Suzlon Energy, the country's biggest maker of wind-turbine generators, on Thursday, July 31 said it has posted a 1.52 per cent dip in its net profit at Rs 88.04 crore for the quarter ended June 2008, as compared to Rs 89.40 crore over the same period a year ago.

Total income has increased to Rs 1,496.28 crore for the first quarter ended June 2008, from Rs 862.90 crore during the orresponding period last year, the company said in a statement.
