Parsvnath Developers Q1 net dips 15.59% to Rs 71.29 cr

New Delhi, Jul 31 (UNI) Parsvnath Developers Ltd, the country's leading real estate developer, today said it has posted a decline of 15.59 per cent in its net profit to Rs 71.29 crore for the quarter ended June 2008 as compared to Rs 84.46 crore during the corresponding period previous fiscal.

However, the company's total income for Q1 FY09 has surged 4.17 per cent to Rs 371.75 crore whereas it was Rs 356.86 crore in Q1 FY08, it said in a statement.

The Group's net profit for the quarter ended June 2008 stood at Rs 73.96 crore as against Rs 102.17 crore for the quarter ended June 2007, registering a decline of 27.61 per cent.

Its consolidated total income also decreased 8.13 per cent to Rs 380.75 crore for the first quarter of the current fiscal from Rs 414.46 crore in the same period a year ago.
