GMR Industries turnover dips, turns to green

Hyderabad, July 31 (UNI) GMR Industries Ltd, the agri-business arm of the infrastructure major GMR Group, today announced a Profit Before Tax of Rs 35.34 lakh against a loss of Rs 82.63 lakh for the same period last year.

However, revenue for the quarter dipped to Rs 25.83 crore against Rs 40.17 crore for the corresponding quarter of 07-08 due to lower cane availability and consequential impact on cogen and distillery operations, a press release here said.
