Bomb hoax in school creates panic in steel city
Jamshedpur, Jul 31 (UNI) Close on heels to the arrest of a man warning of serial blasts in this industrial city of Jharkhand, a bomb hoax in a school at downtown Sakchi area created panic today.
Superintendent of Police Naveen Kumar Singh told UNI that the Principal of ADL school received a phone call this afternoon in which the caller claimed that there was a bomb inside the school.
On getting information, police thoroughly searched the premises, but no bomb was found.
However, due to the hoax call, the school was closed for the day.
