Govt instructions on retiring employees
Chandigarh, Jul 30 (UNI) The Haryana Government has asked all the Heads of Departments, Commissioners and Deputy Commissioners in to ensure strict compliance of time schedule for payment of retiral benefits to the retiring government employees so as to avoid hardships caused to them due to unnecessary delay in the finalisation of pension cases.
As per time schedule set by the Finance Department for payment of retiral benefits to the retiring government employees, the Drawing and Disbursing Officers (DDOs) concerned should ensure that "No Demand Certificate" (NDC) is issued to the retiring employees.
If the retiring employees wants to retain the government accommodation, he/she should deposit the four months licence fee to the concerned authorities in advance and submit No Demand Certificate.
The instructions also called for ensuring that the recovery of long term advances must be completed prior to six months of the date of retirement.
