Chief Minister releases book on former HP Governor

Shimla, July 30 (UNI) Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Prem Kumar Dhumal today released a book titlled 'Aastha Ka Kavi-Acharya Vishnukant Shastri'authored by Dr Paritosh Bailago.

The book reveals some aspects of the personality of a great patriot, thinker and intellectual Dr Vishnukant Shastri, who has also remained Governor of the state.

The books narrates important aspects of the life history of the late Dr Sastri, who had immense knowledge of the rituals, customs and traditions prevalent in the Hindu society.

The book contains compilation of important incidents of the life of former Governor written by many authors.

The Chief Minister congratulated the author for compiling important details taken from the various write-ups written on the personality of late Dr Shastri.
