Rebecca Romijn, Jerry O'Connell expecting twins!

New York, July 29 : American actress Rebecca Romijn and actor Jerry O'Connell will soon be joining the celeb baby bandwagon.

A spokesman for the couple said that the rumours that Romijn, 35, is pregnant with twins are true, and that O'Connell "couldn't be happier about becoming a dad."

The 34-year-old dad-to-be had proposed to the model-turned-"Ugly Betty" star in 2005 after a year of dating, New York Daily reported.

The two then married in an intimate ceremony in Los Angeles in 2007.

Earlier this month, O'Connell confessed to Us Weekly that he and the "X-Men" actress were trying to have kids.

The actor had also joked that trying to get pregnant had been "a lot of fun for me."
