Ranbaxy Q2 net dips 91.85 pc at Rs 23.73 cr

New Delhi, Jul 29: Pharma major Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd on Tuesday, July 29 said it has registered a sharp decline of 91.85 per cent in its profit after tax at Rs 23.73 crore for the the second quarter ended June 2008 as compared to Rs 291.15 crore during the corresponding period previous fiscal.

However, the company's total income for the second quarter of the current fiscal has surged 21.73 per cent to Rs 1,324.40 crore whereas it was Rs 1,088 crore during the same period last fiscal.
