Cairn India Q2 net stands at Rs 138.58 cr
New Delhi, Jul 29 (UNI) Cairn India Ltd, an arm of Britain's Cairn Energy Plc, today said it has posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 138.58 crore during the second quarter ended June 2008, as compared with a loss of Rs 71.44 crore during the corresponding period last year.
The company said in a statement that the consolidated net sales rose to Rs 403.63 crore during the said period this year, from Rs 243.31 crore over the same period a year ago.
