Uppal Group inks pact with Marritt Intl to develop 5-star hotel

New Delhi, Jul 28 (UNI) Uppal Group, the country's leading real estate developer, today said it has entered into an agreement with Marritt International to develop its forthcoming five-star hotel in Gurgaon, with an investment of over Rs 325 crore.

''Spread over 12.5 acres of land, the five-star hotel will be developed on NH-8, Gurgaon with Rs 325 crore investment and for the project, the Group has inked a pact with Marritt International,'' company Managing Director Manish Uppal told reporters here.
