GTC passes resolution for change of name

Mumbai, July 28 (UNI) GTC Industries Limited has passed a special resolution to change of name of the Company to ''Golden Tobacco Limited''.

The change of name was earlier approved in the Annual General Meeting of the Company, held on July 14, 2008, a release said.
