Five Goan Freedom Fighters to be feted by President at Delhi
Panaji, Jul 28 (UNI) Goa government has selected five freedom fighters, to be honoured by President Pratibha Patil on August 9 at Rashtrapati Bhavan.
The five freedom fighters are Nagesh Karmali, Narcinva Anand Shet Panchawadkar, Govind Purshotam P Chimulkar, Sadanand Ganaba N Gaunkar and Prabhakar Tivrekar, according to an official release here today.
