Divis Lab NP high at Rs 96.4 cr for Q1 2008

Mumbai, Jul 28 (UNI) Divis Laboratories Limited has posted a net profit for the period of Rs 96.4 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2008 as compared to Rs 67.2 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2007.

Total Income has increased from Rs 231.1 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2007 to Rs 271.2 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2008, the Company informed BSE.

The Group has posted a Net Profit for the period of Rs 94.3 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2008, as compared to Rs 64.9 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2007. Total Income has increased from Rs 230.1 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2007 to Rs 268.6 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2008.
