CBI court frames charges against former ESIC director
New Delhi, Jul 28 (UNI) A CBI court here today framed charges against former deputy director of Employees State Insurance Corporation R K Saxena under various sections of Prevention of Corruption Act(ESIC).
On September 5, 2007 Saxena was caught red handed while accepting a bribe of Rs 1 lakh from one Raj Singh Raghav.
Saxena had alleged demanded the bribe from Mr Raghav for waiving the penalty and interest charged on his company for not submitting the compulsory deposit in ESIC.
Special Judge V K Maheshwari has fixed November 25 for recording of evidence.
