YSR condemns Ahmedabad blasts

Hyderabad, Jul 26 (UNI) Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy today strongly condemned Gujarat bomb blasts calling it as an act of ''mindless terrorism''.

In a statement, the Chief Minister said that it was the work of a few anti-national forces which have been trying to destabilise the nation.

These forces were acting out of frustration and such desperate crimes never pay, it added.

He said that in this hour of crisis every citizen of India should join hands together to fight against these forces.

The Chief Minister told the state police, to be more vigilant and keep surveillance.
