One held with fake passport in TN
Tiruchirapalli, Jul 27: The immigration authorities have arrested a 47-year-old man who attempted to fly to Dubai with a fake passport at the international airport here.
Police said Soundararajan, hailing from Alangudi in Pudukkottai district, came to board the Sharjah bound Indian Airlines flight yesterday and submitted his travel documents before the immigration authorities who detected his passport was fake.
Later, he was remanded to judicial custody.
