NSIC launches web portal
New Delhi, Jul 26 (UNI) National Small Industries Corporation has launched a web portal www.nsicpartners.com to share and exchange information for SMES (Small and Medium Enterprises).
The salient features of the web portal are Global Trade leads (b2b), International Tenders, Investment Opportunities, Events&Exhibitions, Country Profiles and News Room.
Dinesh Rai Secretary, Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Govt of India, opened the web portal last night and congratulated NSIC for the initiative taken. He said 45 per cent of industrial output comes from this sector and this website will help in further development of SME sector.
Mr H P Kumar, Chairman-cum-Managing Director, NSIC, said the web portal is a gateway for new partnership with private sector.
He further added that at present there are 22 participating international SME development and support institutions and still more international partners are to be added soon.
