Malaysian Airlines introduces Tamil launguage option

Puducherry, Jul 26 (UNI) Malaysian Airlines has introduced Tamil language option for customers who transact with its Malaysian call centres with effect from July 11.

Malaysian Airlines Senior General Manager (Network and Revenue Management) Bernard Francis, in a release here today, said the Tamil language was added in addition to the Malay, English and Mandarin languages option in response to the increasing number of Tamil speaking customers.

''Tamil speaking customers are now able to enjoy 'Malaysian hospitality' when they are transacting through the call centres. This will be yet another Customer Value Proposition initiatives of our airlines to position itself as a five-star value carrier.
