Gujarat on high alert: Home Minister

Ahmedabad, Jul 26 (UNI) Gujarat has been put on high alert following the serial blasts in the city today.

Security has been beefed up across the state, particularly in state capital Gandhinagar, and special police teams were deployed at vulnerable places, Home Minister Amit Shah said here.

Mr Shah said the government would take all measures to maintain law and order.

At least four people were killed and several injured in the serial blasts that rocked several parts of the city this evening.
