UTV Software board approves acquisition of United New Media

New Delhi, Jul 25 (UNI) UTV Software Communications Ltd today said it has received the approval of its Board of Directors for acquiring United New Media Ventures Ltd.

United New Media, a web and mobile content maker and distributor, was founded by UTV founders, the company said in a statement.
