Tourist among two die in mishap
Rupnagar, July 25 (UNI) Two persons including an Israeli tourist were killed and seven others injured in a road accident at on Nangal in Rupnagar district this evening.
According to information the accident took place around 5 PM when a Himachal Pradesh Road Transport Corporation bus collided with a Tavera near the NFL administrative office on Nangal-Chandigarh road as a result of which Israeli woman Dena (50) and driver of Tavera Surjit Singh died on the spot while six other persons including Dena's husband and two children and four bus passengers sustained injuries.
The injured were admitted to BBMB hospital at Nangal.The Israeli tourists were going in Tavera to Dharamshala in Himachal Pradesh from Delhi.
