Jawan injured in landmine blast in Poonch

Jammu, Jul 25 (UNI) An Army jawan was seriously injured in a landmine blast today in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir, official sources said here.

''The jawan, identified as Sepoy B R Singh of 4 Bihar, got injured as a mine exploded while troops were patrolling near the Line of Control(LOC),'' official sources told UNI.

He was immediately rushed to a hospital for treatment.
