Include Maratha in OBC category: BJP

Mumbai, Jul 25 (UNI) BJP legislator Rekha Khedekar today demanded through a point of propriety that the Maratha community be included into the OBC category.

She was supported by senior BJP leader Gopinath Munde, who said BJP is in suport of giving the status of OBC to the Maratha community and wanted to know the stand of Congress.

He was joined by Leader of Opposition Ramdas Kadam, who demanded that the government should make its stand clear on the issue immediately.
