Somnath's expulsion reflects narrow-mindedness of CPI(M): Singhvi

Indore, Jul 24 (UNI) The Congress has described expelling of Lok Sabha Speaker Somnath Chatterjee by the CPI(M) as narrow-mindedness.

Congress spokesperson Abhishek Manu Singhvi said the Lok Sabha Speaker was above party whip and the centre point of Parliament.

He regretted that the decision of the CPI(M) was not in keeping with morality, the Constitution and Parliamentary traditions.
