PDP condemns Kashmir blast

Srinagar, Jul 24 (UNI) Expressing grief and shock over the Batamalo grenade blast, which killed five people including two children, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) strongly condemned it by calling it an inhumane act.

A party spokesperson said such incidents only add up to the miseries of the common people.

He said violence could not lead to any solution and ''this gruesome act which consumed five precious lives today is highly condemnable''.

The PDP spokesperson expressed solidarity with the bereaved families and prayed for peace to the departed souls.
