New chief for BHEL Complex

Tiruchirapalli, July 24 (UNI) Mr V Ananthakrishnan today assumed office as the General Manager Incharge of BHEL Complex here today.

He took over from Mr R N Mishra, Executive Director, who retired on superannuation.

After working in various capacities in industrial engineering, operations planning and control and boiler production at BHEL here, Mr Ananthakrishnan joined the boiler auxilliaries plant at Ranipet and before his return to BHEL here as General Manager in 2004.

Mr Ananthakrishnan was also the chairman of the Indian Welding Society (IWS) South Zone and the National Vice President of the IWS, a BHEL press release said.
