Governing council of C-PYTE constituted
Chandigarh, Jul 24 (UNI) Punjab Government today constituted a Governing Council of Centre for Training and Employment of Punjab Youth (C-PYTE) to exercise general control and give directions for the efficient and effective implementation of C-PYTE schemes in the state.
According to an official spokesman, the governing council, headed by Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal, would consider the annual report prepared by the executive board, the balance sheet and annual audited accounts.
It would constitute adhoc/special board or committees for disposal of any business of the Centre or for advice on any matter pertaining to the Centre and perform such other functions as are entrusted to it under these rules. The governing council will meet at least once in a year.
