DLF's first plaza to open in Lucknow

Lucknow, Jul 24 (UNI) DLF, country's leading real estate developer will establish it's first plaza in Lucknow offering high-end facilities to both the investors and retailers.

DLF Commercial Complex Ltd Managing Director, Ajay Khanna in a press conference here today apprised about their complete commercial complex at Vibhuti Khand in Gomti nagar area.

Mr Khanna said our establishment would be stretched approximately at 7.5 lakh square feet and will have five blocks arranged around a large landscaped courtyard.

Ground and Ist floors of the three blocks will have shopping area, whereas office will be located at block B, A1 and A2. Besides, it will have a state-of-the-art 4 screen 1,000 seater multiplex and a muliti cuisine food court.

However, an internationally renowned five star Hilton Garden Inn Hotel will have an independent block.

All in all, it is a composite complex with office, retails, hotel, entertainment at one place for ''mutual benefits'' and ''healthy lively environment.'' Besides, other small requirement like security, power backup, modern fire and smoke detectors, parking space, ATM facility, proper sewege have also been taken into consideration.

''Lucknow is fast emerging as an industrial hub and we see lot of development potential in this city,'' Mr Khanna said adding that the DLF plaza will bridge the huge gap for quality commercial space in the city.

''We are not aiming to establish just a building, rather it is a development with new standards and parameters for the people, which will fill them with unique feeling of pride while working here,'' Mr Khanna said.
