Cranes Software to acquire Cubeware GmbH

''Cranes Software, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Systat Software GmbH, has signed a pact to acquire Cubeware GmbH,'' the company said in a statement. The actual transactions would be completed on obtaining the necessary approvals, as may be required, it added. Cranes Software provides enterprise statistical analytics and engineering simulation software products and solutions across the globe.
