5 teenagers flee from Reformation Centre
Gwalior, Jul 24 (UNI) Five teenagers has fled from a Child Reformation Centre here by breaking the lock of their room, police said today.
The teenagers were confined in a room yesterday when the guard went out for some work, taking the advantage of the opportunity, they pushed the door. As the lock was weak, it opened up easily and gave the children the chance to run away, the police said.
The five children were Ranjeet (5), Bhagnwan Singh (12), Kallu Pal (14), Rajendra Jatav (17) and Raju who fled away at 1700 hours yesterday.
Rajendra Jatav was involved in the Utkasrh Goyal kidnapping case that took place in February this year.
Earlier, four children had also fled away by breaking the lock from the Centre last year.
Superintendent of Police V K Suryavanshi said a manhunt had been launched to nab the children.
