Srinagar, Jul 23 (UNI) Jammu and Kashmir government reconstituted the review committees for periodical review of the cases of suspension of Officers of Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Services (KAS) and Jammu and Kashmir Police (Gazetted) Services (KPS).

An official spokesman said this afternoon that for reviewing the suspension cases of KAS Officers, the committee would be headed by Chief Secretary with Principal Secretary, Home Department and Principal Secretary Law Department as the other two members of the committee.

He said Commissioner-Secretary to government General Administration Department will be the member secretary and concerned Administrative Secretary will be the special invitee.

The Chief Secretary would also head the committee to review the suspension cases of the officers of Jammu and Kashmir Police (Gazetted) Services (KPS).

While Director General of Police, Principal Secretary Law Department and Commissioner-Secretary General Administration Department would be the other three member of the committee.

Principal Secretary to government, Home Department would be the member secretary of the committee.
