Tata Capital signs MoU with Mizuho Bank

{image-Tata Capital_22072008.jpg news.oneindia.in}Mumbai, Jul 22: Non-banking financial company Tata Capital has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Mizuho Corporate Bank (MHCB) to assist business cooperation and enhancement of the Indian and Japanese markets.

The alliance will also include cross-market value creation with focus on Ninja Loans, project and infrastructure finance and treasury products, a release issued on Tuesday, July 22, stated. ''Our MoU will help both the entities co-develop innovative offerings and shared services platforms for evolving corporate customers and is a step towards Tata Capital fulfilling its vision of emerging as a holistic provider of financial services,'' Tata Capital Managing Director Praveen P Kadle.

Tata Capital had concluded an MOU with Mizuho Securities, a subsidiary of MHCB, in February this year to strengthen business collaboration between the two companies in various segments including private equity and wealth management, the release added.
